Learning that there were more than just six Elements of Harmony including Light and Darkness, both Mane Six and Dragon Strike Force must search and retrieved eight Elemental Elements before Dark Mystic get and weaponized them as mass of destruction. And at the same time, learn more of Dragon Strike Force's origin and history during ancient time.
*Subplot #1: Team Fighters learned that their home has a spy for Chaos Heralds and they must stop her. If they do, what will they do with her now? What decision Lance has to make if he discovered the truth.
*Subplot #2: Shadow Six learned and experience the Power of Friendship from Mane Six, if they were ever to defend their home from enemies.
2. The visions Mane Six and Dragon Strike Force have seen foreshadows next episodes for My Little Pony Mystic Season 3 especially Shadow Dragon, Twilight Sparkle and Applejack have the chat, which foreshadows My Little Pony: The Lost Soul.

Not to be a divi downer but shining is making an error calling shadow dragon a kid and saying he has faced more danger than him. Shadow dragon is 800 years his senior! Respect your elders! Will Grogar bring back Servus La Umbra (with his full form restored) for his Legion of Doom? I know Dark Curse said Umbra served his purpose, but in my belief, NO ONE deserves to be trapped forever.
