Honestly, her lifestyle is something we should strive for, however in this modern era it’s incredible hard or nearly impossible without the funds to do so. We need to cherish the moments we have with our friends and loved ones. Deriving happiness in bleak times from that. If we were ever able to live in a commune like that, it would make worlds of difference for everyone. Honestly if I had the means I’d build a place for my friends and family like that
Also, if the box wasn’t opened,. Twilight wouldn’t get the Cutie Map and she would be unable to stop Starlight in time because, when she DOES become a threat, she will have a huge army with her. Etc.
I found the Pinkie Pie and Epicurus chapter most enlightening and interesting. I did not knew that philosopher or how important he was. And reading about MLP characters as examples of philosophies is something I'd like to see more.
Celestia less likable? I like her more than Luna because she is superior to everyone and everything, has power and wisdom beyond all, and she is the top of everything. That is what I like in her.
Don't get me wrong, I like Luna too, but if I had to choose, I would most likely choose Celestia.
