This story hits close to home. I lost my mom a week before Christmas of 2006
Writing can be theraputic. I'm glad writing this helped you.
Merry Christmas.
I can somewhat relate, although I don't know if my dad passed at all it's because he left along time ago. but you are an amazing person NYB. I can see that through your writing, if you are at Bronycon 2018 and you see me cosplaying as Lightning Dust. i'd love to get to meet you

I will be missing my grandmother this year. My maternal grandma passed away Oct. 20, 2018 and she was 91.
A beautiful story with a fitting song to round it out.
This Story hits right in my heart cause I lost my mom two days after Christmas in 2005 so I know what it is like to loss someone
My dad recently has to suffer a similar thing as in march 2020 my mother/my grandmother passed away due to her declining health and just 19 months later exactly 2 days after thanksgiving 2021 my grandfather/my dads father would pass away from a brain tumor. Losing parents is tough and I've been making sure these last few months to be there for my dad when he needs it.
So that's how it happened, how sad.
She's right, even when times are tough we have to pull through, not matter how serious it is.
Doesn't always has to but as long as you knew that person for a good amount of years is what counts and is what I've mostly think about since 3 out of my 4 grandparents have since passed but I'm glad to get know when I had the chance.
Oofity 😣
