I guess the reaper is also Crimson Dusk that bought the ruins and who is in fact twilight who is a vampire who been alive for few hundred years, or go even deep down the rabbit hole and is in fact luna long lost daughter.........

This is largely experimental to see if I can do something similar to the Nasuverse hence why I said prior that it's subject to change.
I... Don't see how this ties into the current story, I mean as far as I can tell, it's too detached from the actual plot.
But as for a linked multiverse, it is an interesting idea, and if done well it can work, but you should likely think hard about what the conditions for such a link would be, as currently I personally think that this story has not yet progressed far enough to warrant such an option, it has not yet developed enough into it's own story, adding something like this would likely only overly complicate it at this point, or it would be neglected till a time came where it would work and people would wonder where it suddenly came from, it would likely work better if this happens after some solidification of the actual story first.

honestly not read that fic (even though I know of it) so I can't really compare it, its based very loosely on the same horror as HP Lovecraft (minus the racism.) and steven king. shrug

While there are a few things that go against the theory, like the ponies being more human than anthro, there are some things that support it. If we were to assume Reaper is your Rin/Archer displaced a lot of things are answered about her abilities. First her sword. While fate/stay night, as best I can recall, implies the mana cost is to high for the invisible sword being an Archer made clone; you did establish that Luna’s mom is King Arthur and while Excalibur was missing 1000 years is more than enough time for Rin to find Excalibur and figure out how to turn on its invisibility feature. There is the obvious problem of how a servant could survive for a millennia without a mater feeding them mana since it’s pretty obvious that the connection would have been long severed. Luna could have easily prepared some kind of considerable in case of emergency mana stockpile for Rin that she could of probably stretched to last a few centuries. If we were to assume that Rin became a vampire (which do exist in the Fate series) around when the massacres started then we can assume that the non-criminal victims were due to Rin not having control or another vampire she was hunting. This also solves how she would have survived after her hypothetical emergency mana ran out because she would be able to use her vampirism to also feed on pony’s inherent magic and not need to break down souls for mana. As for Reaper’s powers a servant can become completely incorporeal and invisible and being a vampire for 300 or 700 years could explain any tricks she didn’t pick up on her own in that time. While I might not be remembering some details of Bone of my Sword correctly I know Rin was into Luna and I’m pretty sure there was atleast an implication than Luna fancied Rin.
