Kind of, Feeders will appear again later on. Their full backstory becomes relevant but I'll say that they are from Nowhere (the place Twilight is currently).
I really feel like you've got depth in there, but don't have the tools, or possibly experience, to express it in its entirety. Nonetheless, you draw the eye quite a bit with the plot, worldbuilding, and depth of characters (if not all of that is expressed as much as hinted at).
