Having read the new chapter: we're moving things along. It's unfortunately a little slow going, but that's life.
The good news is that we're meeting the pones.
Unfortunately nothing has happened that's really pulled me in beyond an interesting premise and decent writing mechanics. It's enough to keep reading, but not enough for me to drop what I'm doing.
Hopefully that changes once he starts interacting with the ponies.

Assuming he still can't speak... hell, even if he could that helmet is still welded to his skin, no-one could hear him anyway... I wonder how he will deal with living obstacles now that he isn't aloud to simply walk over them? Walk around them?

I will admit that I was excited about the idea that the big daddy is more machine then alive. I immediately thought that story would be of it discovering itself and it's little sister. It would be figuring out life while being in a new world, just trying to protect it's daughter/lilsister (while she constantly tried to make friends/cause trouble). While this route is not being taken (I honestly don't know why I had that whole story pop in my head), I am still interested (if not a bit saddened that it's whole thing changed in the very first chapter) in seeing where this goes. Anyway, keep up the good work.

I had to reread this to remember what was about, glad to see you back.
You do need to work around the flow of points of view because it was confusing to know whether or not we were reading Luna's or the Little Sister's point of view.
Also, you mentioned the Big Sisters, what do you have planned with them?
