Yeah. But you can only use their effect by tribute summoning them. I know pendulum can help with that, but you still can only use their effect once they're tribute summoned and only at that time. I'm not sure if you can use their effects anytime after that.

Just posted the next duel! It took a while, but I think you'll find it worth the wait.
7929091 let's See... awesome battle.. check. Both ace and Ice gave everything they had with their determination for there girls... check. Both gaining there Dragonic powers and dragon wings and there Harmony... check. And finally both doing W reference from DBZ..both of them doing the Dragon Fist... check. In conclusion.. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! This was so definitely awesome!.. now for a super great Epilogue!... and migh I suggest for this one that both Ace and Ice carries there respective girlfriends with there new dragonic powers flying them home where not only Shadow be surprised of there dragonic powers Sonata and Indigo find Midnight Sparkle there and add a little something about there catchphrases and the reference they pulled off.
Or we can have the others at the front school waiting for Ace and Ice waiting for them wanting to show them there 4 surprises. First one being there dragonic powers. 2. There Harmony card. 3. Showing shows them the awesome reference they pulled off and…

Of course theying them about there new sister... or that can wait until the next one where ((in my opinion who should go to Equestria this time in the reboot)) Burst Inferno Ace Veenus Fang and goldenrise. While shadow Ice and Midnight hang out together sunset and the others find about there new sister
