There are a couple of typos. However, each is such a well-misplaced word, and amusing to boot, that I'm not sure I want them taken out. They were entirely too enjoyable in their own right.
If there's one thing I would change about this, because I like a good, messy climax, is going into more detail about how much gum is escaping. It's not just going to stay in there!
Personally, the romance aspect is ruined for me by the removal of his memories.
Other than that I liked it.

Well, I just read it... and that was awesome. That ending was sweet, and the middle was even sweeter, if you catch my drift.
Though, I spotted many errors. Misspellings or just mistaken words. I'd... point them out, but I'm on mobile, so that makes things hard.
THAT SAID: the errors did not detract from my enjoyment of the story, which is a huge plus. It was engaging, and the premise was awesome.

You should do Princess Celestia next and then do a story about both of them going through pregnancy and then raising them
Alright, besides the numerous grammatical errors and incorrect words, and the sometimes-wonky pacing, one big thing stuck out to me. Princess Luna was 'missing for 8 weeks' (2.5 months), then you later mention that 'it will be another 6 months before she can hold her children. That only adds up to 8.5 months. The average equine, as well as commonly accepted MLP pony, pregnancy is 11 to 11.5 months, and sometimes more. Not 8.5. And also, equine typically don't show pregnancy visually (belly roundness) until the last 3 months of pregnancy.
Besides the above, I really enjoyed this fic. It's always nice to have another impreg story where the main focus is sex for the sake of breeding and foals, and it being about Princess Luna getting knocked up is all the better!

7913755 Yes the context of that is fixed by the fact that it says the Changeling attack happened 6 mouths ago, we know she did the deed about two weeks five days after that. So basically it is right, she has been pregnant for about 5 months by the end of the story, but she wouldn't go into hiding until she started to show, which wouldn't be for about 3 mouths after she conceived, so she was only missing for two months of the five so far. Hope that makes sence.
I love Luna stories in general and am quite interested in the 'Mature' side of Moon-but-ness.
A few errors here and there but not bad at all.

What you could do in this situation is find the image again on Derpibooru and suggest a few sfw tags which might not be obvious from your crop, such as the artist, or if there are any other named characters in the image you could add their tag. Every additional miscellaneous tag will shorten the search. Less common tags more significantly so.
It might take you a little time to find it yourself, but you have the advantage of knowing which nsfw tags would be most relevant.

7912248 Yeah, that is a problem. Having a child should be out of love, not just for the sake of politics and continuing the Royal Line. Maybe there is a bit of that mixed in in the best case scenario, but personally I think Luna should have thought did she want this child because she really wanted one, or was it because of political reasons?

7914549 I dunno, if the author wanted to make the sequel a multi-chapter "clop with plot" story, then there could definitely be a sub-plot of Luna caring for her twins, and realizing that she wants their father in their lives. Maybe not telling him right away, but perhaps ordering him to be her personal guard for a time so he can be around them, maybe even falling in love with him as time goes by and she sees him interact with their foals.
