Oh boy this sue looks like a good fan made fiction
It's a decent start, but there are a few things holding it back.
First off, you make it just seem like Spike moved down the list when it came to his love life. It's a trap most Spikebelle shippers fall into because it takes care of Sparity easily. But it would have been better if you mentioned something about Spike and Sweetie Belle spending time together when he worked with Rarity, and/or Rarity asking Spike to spend time with (distract) her sister while she got important work done. This could lead to them becoming friends, getting close, and Spike moving on from Rarity, not because he was ignored or rejected, but because there was someone that was better for him, someone he grew close to.
The second thing was just a strange line
So were they planning on leaving her in a dumpster? Were they on the fence about keeping her as Sweetie Belle was going into labor? It's just a strange thing to read.
Now, as a whole this is in no way bad, however, it could be better.

Nice simple chapter, I feel like the dialogue about sex could of been better but other than that nice chapter.
One small nitpick but I would have thought that they would have had both foals knowing each other for most of their lives? These three plus the mane 6 would have any of their children knowing each other I do believe.

I see Rich Chip has the intelligence of Diamond Tiara. I wonder how she would react to finding out that Bedazzled and Tough Slice's extended family including some of the most VIP's in Equestria.
