Good idea, eh execution. A ton of chapter one feels to be lyrics (always skipped by me unless it's a 'feels' moment) and the music links are applied too liberally. The pace seems ok but it's jumpy, the paragraph spacing seems semi-random, and the grammar/spelling has some problems.

But those OCs ... can't follow. No thumb down here. Not exactly high literature but it's for fun and it's 'ok' enough. I love the idea I just wish it was done without needlessly over complicating the color scheme/physical attributes. And no earth pony in a group of three? Earth ponies get no love.

Sorry, author. I like the idea but those OC's are killing it for me.

EDIT: Also, did no one notice the earbuds? Is that going to be a thing later on down the road? Why'd one of them get their fancy technology? I'm guessing you've got something in mind eventually and that's cool, just curious.
