Upon being discovered that Twilight Sparkle of Crystal Prep had been unwillingly harvesting magic from the Rainbooms at Canterlot High, the rest of her peers at Crystal Prep decided to seize the opportunity and make her unleash all of that gathered magic against their opponents.

The concept itself is pretty good and reminds me a little of a few stories where Nightmare Moon became a little filly. However, the pacing could use some work. It felt like it was going a bit too fast. On top of that, aside from the Sunset, the Humane 5, and the Shadowbolts, the actions of the other characters didn't make much sense at all. Did everyone just forget that they witnessed Twilight turn into a child and are just more concerned about them winning the games? Cadence I'm sure should have at least said something since she cared about Twilight. Hell, for that matter, why wasn't Shining told about this? I think he'd want an explanation about the mysterious baby demon and what happened to his sister. Nothing about how the other characters acted made no sense at all.
I am a bit curious to see where it goes and if Twilight can return to normal, or remain that way forever.

I find this interesting, but I did find it odd that no one mentioned pony Twilight or the portal.
I understand that the author wants to keep the story centered in the human world, but pony Twilight should have come up in the conversation even if it was to simply say they did not want to bother her with it.

Brining in Pony Twilight would not be hard. We have seen Baby Twi open a portal to Princess Twilight's throne room using a Magic Rattle. So have her do it again, only this time Princess Twi just happens to be in her throne room at the time to see said portal open. she could then decide to step through to see whats going on, or simply be pulled through by a curious baby's magic
