Nice story, but I'd argue that it isn't really a gender bender story, rather a gender bender-play one; Thunderlane doesn't actually turn into a mare, though he is referred to as one.
Still, minor nitpick on an enjoyable clop.
I think it's more Gender-play or trans, but mostly I hope genderplay. either way, Yay! You did a story!

Most of the ones I've seen have him being all cool, in control, cocky. Sure there's some of that here, but Soarin' from the show just seems like a lovable doofus which is most of what I saw in this. Nicely done!
And the clop, as per usual from the Marshal, was great; it was just Soarin's characterization that made it excellent for me.
This was a great read, I hope to see more of this stuff in the future. I love femcolt stories, I would hope it would be more forced and/pr humiliated.

Yeah, I like him as confident and in control, but not necessarily cocky (at least not overly so). I think that in an actual, working relationship, Soarin wouldn't be able to get away with being perpetually cocky, even if he might act that way sometimes for the sake of turning Thunderlane into mush.
