Mirage was one of the recurring villains from Disney's Aladdin TV series. Here's everything you could possibly want to know about her (and probably more): Disney Wiki: Mirage
As for why no crossover tag. . . I thought about it. But it didn't seem to really make sense for one fairly obscure character. If the description said "Aladdin crossover", everyone would be expecting an awful lot of stuff that isn't here.
