There's a contradict in this chapter, you state that Twilight used her magic to lift Dash and throw her, but near the end with Celestia, Dash states that Twilight lifted her hoof and moved her without magic. I'm liking the story so far though, and I hope to see more.

It's nice to see that this story is still being continued.
I like how this chapter establishes that Twilight is able and willing to kill, but the Chrysalis' lines here seemed 'rushed' (is that the right word) trying to use 'friend' and 'friendship' to save her life. Maybe a little grovelling and pleading by her would pace the story a little better.
All in all, I hope to see more.
here's a suggestion have Twilight cut off one of Rainbow's wings in a later chapter to show that their friendship is well and truly dead
