Luna had been called many things in her long life some good some bad but never had she ever been called "mother" but now it was happening and by a filly who looks disturbingly familiar.
After taking a hit from the elements of harmony the Lunar Goddess is now severely weakened. Slowly recovering but weakened and in everyone elses eyes crazy...Very crazy.
She has her sister and her doctor to keep her sane but they aren't helping as much as she had hoped. With their help at the minimum and what her doctor calls "delusions" creeping up on her mind she has more things to worry about than ever.
Thats excluding the invisible filly that follows her everywhere and is making her question what sanity is.
Any tags mentioned will be used at some point when I can figure out how to write them properly.
There are a couple words used in the wrong context here. The story itself is a bit boring in dialogue, almost something like I would write. (You don't want that)
The premise seems pretty good. I'll start tracking this.

Thou* -- Archaic, you don't need to change it if you don't want to. Not many would notice.
Personally I couldn't find many more mistakes, but I'm sure they're in there. I'm no proofreader.

Apart from that, I kind of like it. Dream is intriguing; if she's a hallucination, it really suits Luna's character that she'd be a thestral foal, even though I don't know yet what she represents in Luna's mind. And if she's not a hallucination, then I have several questions ...
And thank you for pointing out the word 'lunatic'. I think it has such interesting implications in Equestria, and I love it when fic writers remember that little turn of language and what it means to the night princess.

Been busy lately gonna get back to it soon. Making an actual plan and getting the time to write is hard. I shall continue it, I don't start things not to finish them.
