The feels!

I'm sorry about the family members you lost/ are currently losing to Alzheimers. It surely is never easy to let someone go.

:fluttershysad:

Very nice Sue. Reminds me of the ending of Flowers for Algernon the regression decent. Condolences on your losses, and cherish the memories you have for them. :pinkiesad2:

Goodness... I'm sorry you're going through this right now. I know you're strong, though, and you can get through it, no matter what. Just know we'll all be here for you!

My grandmother used to always say "I'll be (so many years) old next May, if I'm still here." Then one time after she started to forget, she asked my mom how old she was, and she was 92 or 93 by that point. When my mom told her, she exclaimed "Wow, that's old! Are you sure?"

She didn't make it to see her great grandchildren, but she did get to see all of her grandchildren married.

I've been through it as well, it's a tough burden to bear.

If it is canon, the details on Hez and the new couples are sweet though.

it hits a little close to home for me. my grandma also got Alzheimer. and in the last part, the "Wax Apple" was death?

Thank you! Just out of curiosity, what details did you like? I'm cooking up some other fics, so knowing what tickled your fancy might be helpful

Sorry about your grandmother :fluttercry: I wanted the last part to be open to interpretation.

7250867 I think Hez calling Big Mac "Unca" was the cutest for the baby, though Lil' Macky was also adorable. I also think you build a really strong Trixie here, with very few details. I could just picture her grinning and shifting her horn ring around so the light hits Applejack right in the eye, then acting smug for about 30 seconds before she suddenly realizes she needs to use the bathroom. Trixie integrating slowly into the Apple Family seems like quite a challenge for everyone involved.

7250867 thanks Susie, we visit her from time to time. the memories are blurry for her. but she got a notion of who we are.

I knew something was wrong when she wrote I'm in my Eighties

Ah, come on... I got as far as the last entry without crying. Why'd you have to do me dirty like that?

Well. Time to sad-drink. Thank you.
