Wow, not going to lie, that was fucking badass on Fluttershy's part. I absolutely love this idea and are disappointed that it hasn't been done before. Can't wait to see what's next.
I really like this story so far, Rainbow is like a guardian. One that's part spirit and part corpse, but a protector no less. I also like that the ponies are still terrified of her, despite the fact that she is no threat to them. I've seen some stories where a pony dies and comes back from the dead, and most of the time, the ponies are simply confused, shocked, or afraid for a short period of time. After the second time Dash came back, most of them ran away from her. They may or may not get used to seeing her come and go since it's a lot to take in. This gives a more realistic concept on how ponies (and people) would probably react in a situation like this.
Great story, just curious what do you mean by hidden story? Does it say "Story does not exist" for people that the story is not shared to? Or is there a password?
7234371 I had this story hidden behind a password until just now so I could write the first three chapters and get a bit of feedback before submitting it. Now it's out, I'll update it like normal.
Ok thats really gory, Gorier than I expected. By accident I thought she was gonna get like run over or crushed I wasn't expecting her to tear herself apart jeez.
I was wondering partways through the chapter if maybe Twilight had known something about Dash's corpse form and that destroying her body would allow Rainbow Dash to come back in the future again, but with a more pristine form. That theory was thoroughly scuppered by the time she barged in on Celestia and Discord having tea. Twilight is an intellectual, and she happens to be especially rigid in her beliefs, breaking down when something happens that doesn't fit into her neatly defined parameters of how reality works. We see already how she acted in Feeling Pinkie Keen, but Rainbow Dash returning from the dead is a level beyond the Pinkie sense.
Fluttershy is a fing badass.
The last few lines of the story gives me an idea of what's going to happen next, and even Rainbow Dash's return herself has had some unfortunate consequences, such as with Twilight's meltdown and the mention of how Applejack coped with Dash's return.
um excuse me did you just misgender Twilight? i bet you haven't even asked xim xir preferred pronouns (should be 'her')
Not a fan of Discord's characterization in this chapter. He just seems like a regular dude, not the avatar of chaos.
Other ponies not staying dead was a different matter entirely.
...Interesting. I have to admit to being a bit nonplussed about this. It takes something that would be well presented as rare and exceptional and makes it more mundane. At least, if you're going where I think you're going.

7234923 I thought the same thing.
I love this so much can't wait for an update.
Leave a comment and give it a big fat thumbs up and I will see you in the next chapter bye-bye! - Changed DanTDM good bye.
Now this one I really like so far. Damn but that's some intense writing. Character voice couldn't be better either.
The weird thing is that I can see how this can happen!
