USGF, the name of the armed U.S force that is known and feared by the entire world (even the slightest mention will scare people), the shortened form of the United States Galatic Force, and controlled by an alien??? But what happens if that alien is teleported to Equestria, is then treated terribly by some, AND while a new threat shows up that could destroy Equis and Earth? What can possibly go wrong???

I don't think there are words to describe how stupid the concept of a naval vessel that is kept airborne by helicopter engines the size of a city block, but I'm going to try: The cost of constructing and maintaining a craft of that size would be astronomical. Supplying the engines (which would be larger then the ship itself) with fuel would be a logistical nightmare. What's more, any enemy could send said craft into an uncontrollable spin just by destroying one of the helicopter blades. Whichever military official approved this ludicrous concept is either working for a hostile nation, or incompetent beyond reason.
Plasma is one of the four states of matter. Titanium is an element. Talking about a combination of these two things makes no sense. It's like talking about a combination of iron and liquid. Now it is theoretically possible to heat up titanium until it turns into a plasma, but that's neither here nor there.
Okay, by now I'm convinced that the author is just throwing numbers around. Give or take %1000 means that this nonsensical substance can have a strength ranging from in the negative to whatever 1000 times the strength of titanium is.
I'm assuming you mean Mach 23? That's 23 time the speed of sound. If an aircraft hits the ground at that speed there won't be much left of it.

Well, you are right about the physics, the metal, and the logics, but:
1) I was heavily inspired by the Helicarriers from MARVEL's The Winter Soldier.
And
2) I created Socanium to be SO STRONG that Titanium and Vibranium (Marvel) would look weak compared to it (plus I visoned it could survive intense heat, force, or both).
SOCOM: Special Operations Command. That's what SOCOM means. Might want to find a different acronym for your original group.
