How did I get here? Oh wait... Now I remember... Ponies. Amature artist and wannabe writer. Guess I had to start somewhere...

This story is a sequel to A Delicious Victory

The Dazzlings won.

Shortly after their victory over the Rainbooms, the sirens began their takeover of the world by infecting everyone with their song. In only a few short days, countries fell to the disharmony and chaos wroth on by the enchanting voices of the sirens.

Now, two weeks later, only a handful pockets of human resistance remain. The sirens are unchallenged as their might has grown along with their song.

But hope remains...

In the realm of Equestria, Twilight searches for a way to re-enter the Human World and set things right.

Somewhere in Canterlot City, a resistance movement is slowly being formed.

And within the sirens themselves, the trapped Rainbooms and Sunset Shimmer patiently wait for the moment to escape...

I really find this far to vague

7126414 It's a short recap of a previous story, so it's supposed to be vague.

You have any suggestions for improvement, you're welcome to share

A good start. A little bit of the middle seems to be a bit of filler back story that we already know, but other than that pretty good.

7126973 I know :twilightblush: It's mostly filler, but I figured it was just in case no one read the first. And I also felt that a beginning needed a recap just give a sense of understanding on what's going on.

Next chapter is going to be a battle, so look out for that :rainbowdetermined2:

Sweet!!! It's the sequel you've mentioned! !! :rainbowkiss::rainbowkiss:

I hope that the humans will at least stand a fighting chance.

Been waiting for this.

I can't wait to see what'll happen.

7127550 I know he could be seen as a Gary Sue, but could Discord be any help with Twilight's dilemma? I could see him being able to force a portal open, and with the chaos reining in the human world, there would be more than enough to power up Discord while he was there. If anything he could be a viable distraction. I am just curious because I can only really think of him when it comes to solutions.

7596516 It's not a bad idea, but I haven't made that decision yet.

And even if Discord is powerful enough to help, you can't always rely on him to solve all of Twilight's problems :twilightsheepish:

7596544 True, but I could argue that he cares enough about Fluttershy to try and help her human counterpart, and I am certain he would not be to happy about them eating her. Also, Discord wouldn't have to listen to Twilight, he would merely have to distract them. Also even if he was reluctant to help, once the Siren's saw him, they would deem him a threat to their power and would attack, so Discord would atleast fight to save himself.

7597293 Won't deny that he would

But again, Discord doesn't have a role in this (yet), so don't count on seeing him anytime soon. And while it has never been officially proven, I like to think there are some "limits" to his power. That sometimes there are things he can't do.

I like to imagine he's like the dragon Shenlong from Dragonball. He can grant wishes, but there's a limit to every wish and there are certain rules he follows, making easy victories against enemies rather impossible.

7597335 I'm not meaning to imply you add him, I was just stating a possible solution that could get Twilight back to the Equestria Girls universe. Discord despite limits would be the most powerful weapon Twilight could take though. However it's your story, if he appears he appears, if not then he don't. Though on a unrelated note, how long do you aim to make each chapter? Are you aiming for around the word number of chapter 1 or maybe something similar to your word count for the first story.

Probably :applejackunsure: All I can say is that the lenght will vary from chapter to chapter.

7599354 Forgetting everything else, I must say this story surprised me, I first though it was going to be your typical vore story were the heros meet a tragic end, and the villains take over. But I was surprised you made it were hope still exist that not only could the Sirens be stopped but the CHS group can be saved as well.

7601920 Hopefully it was a pleasant surprise.

I'm not a stranger to fatal digestions in vore stories, but I wanted to try something different and have Sunset and the Mane Five simply trapped inside the sirens, instead of just meeting a tragic end. I like to give a little twist at the end and added a glimmer of hope in an otherwise very dark situation.

I can't promise this fate will be shared with anyone else in the EqG universe, but we'll see just how far I'll go with it.

And I'm not gonna lie. I originally planned for the sirens to eat everyone at CHS after destroying the portal. But in the end I deemed it too dark and out of character. (Plus, I need some these CHS students for my sequel :raritywink:)

7602039 It was a pleasant surprise, I just hope their is a happy end.

Is this going to continue?

7753559 It will. I'm still brainstorming and just need to build up some motivation to continue my work on it.

Also, I currently have a draft I'm not really happy with, so it needs more work.

oh boy this'll be interesting to read

Is this going to continue?

8047102 It will.

Things been kinda difficult at late, so you'll forgive me if you've been waiting. I keep having trouble starting it off good and I've been easily distracted by other things.

I'm looking forward to more here!

Will this ever be updated? I really liked the first story...
