Some things, though:
I was a bit disappointed that this didn't actually happen, and that he was (somehow) flushed instead; I'd thought for sure that it was what Macintosh and the tarp were there for.
Also: This continues to fuel my wish for a properly fleshed-out casual-vore setting, with all the various details explored. (But I wouldn't want you to start writing that at the expense of your existing stories, even if I could make you.)

No no! I definitely don't wanna discourage that, it's really useful for feedback! As for the fertilizer delivery line, yeah, I suppose I could have done that, but it honestly never came to me. That was just a throwaway joke. In hindsight, that might have been a better ending.
And, well, as for a casual vore setting... You're not the only person asking for this. In fact, I'm working on something in that respect as a large favour, and I'm already a few dozen chapters deep into a FO:E vore interactive on Eka's Portal where vore is pretty commonplace. (You can see the bad ends here on this profile, and the full thing on Eka's.)
Im not a fan of scat but i loved butts and the part with Mac fucking him while he die suffocated by Derpy ass and all before that (shame it was not one of the show ponies like Soarin or Thunderlane ). Still pretty solid story. If you will still have some more playtime with prey before and after (my fav. kink is necrophilia
) death/vore then im sold for good! Still 4+ out of 5 stars!

Certainly an interesting story so far (I've upvoted it), but not precisely what I had in mind. Ponies are eating and being eaten because an outside force is forcing them to, rather than because they want to; it's a story about the end of the world, rather than about carefree hedonism like this one. (I know, I'm incredibly picky.)

Like in this one i was hoping Mac would pound Writer ass while pushing him inside Derpy. Or Derpy sucking Writer dick while he suffocated to death and maybe after (like a soft noodle xD ). Maybe in future if you like this kind of vore you will write some cooking vore with spitroasted ponies and grilled rumps. In those kind of stories you can play around with your food all the time. And bite into juicy pussies. :P

Have you, by chance read any of the Dusty's Trails bad ends? Because several of those things you've mentioned are prevalent in that.

I know I shouldn't be saying this because i'my the worst when it comes to actually completing stories if I don't feel like writing or whatever the reason is, not to mention continuing stories, but I think this story needs to be continued. Perhaps include some urns?

Thanks for the suggestion. I read for a while before getting distracted; I may or may not come back to it. It seems to be all unwilling vore, though, except for one case of willing cock vore (not my thing) in a dream sequence in a non-canon bad end.

Mystery solved:
I was a little worried about the suffocation and scat, but I think this turned out well. That bit at the end about all Ponyville being aware of this and tolerating it makes me think there's room for a sequel. Maybe not with Derpy, but it'd be interesting to see if other ponies enjoy vore as well.
