Twilight had come down from what happened to her during the friendship games, but there are some remnants of Midnight Sparkle floating around and finding it's way into random objects. Student are grabbing hold of these object and acting strangely and turning into monsters.
It's up to Twilight Sparkle to take on the form of Kamen Rider and purify the magic.

I like the idea and the stroy's not bad overall but a few things could use work.
The first henshin was weak and confusing you should use stronger descriptors for her outfit and describe them as armor instead of spandex (Which even in a meta sense is incorrect, most modern Toku suits tend to be made from latex, plastic, and leather to give them a more substantial armor-like look.)
You shouldn't have the ring as a separate item that Twi just randomly finds a day before it's needed, it should be generated by the pendant.
A good place for that is the part where she decides to use the pendants magic to fight Flash. As it is now, she hesitates for exactly one sentence over becoming Midnight again before dismissing it.
Maybe have her reason out those fears and decide to try anyway for the sake of her friends, at which point the pendant can absorb some of her magic to form the ring.
The action in the fight scene could have flowed better it's a little weak as it is.
Flash's monster motivations are strange and contradictory, try having him perceive Sci-Twi's attempts to snap him out of it as a rejection which then causes him to transform and become violent.
And lastly a little follow up on Flash post battle would be nice. The girls don't inquire as to how he's doing at all; which is wildly out of character for them.
Feel free to ignore everything I just said, it's your story not mine. I'll keep reading regardless.

...It's a good thing that kick wasn't aimed at the groin, or else that would've REALLY hurt.
Was that a new ring that materialized at the end there? Is Twilight going to get a new ability ring every time she defeats a monster from the pendant reabsorbing and altering some of Midnight's power? 'Cause that'd be neat, especially if the powers were somehow based on the monster defeated.

Seriously, this was actually really cool. The idea of Fluttershy being the one who's a Kamen Rider expert actually made sense to me, in this odd sort of way. So please let there be more.

I like how it's similar to Wizard, but not exactly the same. I always thought that Wizard was a little too OP, but it seems that you've found a way around that, which I like.
6822977 Yeah, I was never too fond of Riders that just Had their powers sets from the get go. Even Double has that problem and Double is one of my favorites. Twilight here is mainly based on Wizard but I'll incorporate some other Riders into her power set soon enough.
About as many random capitals and misplaced punctuations as last time, but a quick edit should fix all that. Also, using italics instead of caps lock to emphasize a spoken word is less intrusive.
Copy-editing nitpicks aside, the story is progressing nicely at an even pace. (But seriously, with almost no effort the above problems could be fixed.)

This is still the best Kamen Rider crossover I've seen on this site. My only gripe is how short the chapters are. But if that's my only problem then this is a pretty decent story.

Ugh, I never liked the transformations in Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, they just seemed so unoriginal. Its a lot better sounding, in my opinion, right fron Japan. Every Rider has the same call, save for the Hibiki Riders, and thats "henshin!" And it works so much better.

Thanks to Canterlot High and Twilight embarrassing her; she's probably using Moondancer to "pay them back" by having her own Rider System built. Ten bucks says Cinch is going to try it first and get knocked on her ass before having to rely on Moondancer or someone else to use it.

Oh I do agree with you there, its just that Neptune, one of my favorite video game girls and my video game bae, (next to her OTP Noir) and one of my favorite riders Ex-Aid mixing together is just mind blowing. Especially with Neptune actually becoming a Rider where in most crossover stories she just has her normal CPU powers.
