I saw that. Ended up looking up the video, and considered calling this Applejack Learns Futae no Kiwami after reading that comment.
That story was brilliant. It had an unusual topic or theme in this case. Smashing rocks, which then became a generalizing topic about one's identity. This was brilliant. What is also interesting that Maud and Limestone have this weird conversation at the end: Could it be that Pinkie Pie is adopted?

Other stray thought: Royal Guards are almost always unicorns or pegasi. But what if the plainclothes bodyguards are mostly Earth ponies? Equestria seems generally peaceful, but if some idiot in the crowd decides to take a crossbow shot at a Diarch, we'll suddenly see the small, innocent-looking farmgirl standing next to him shatter the assassin's bones with a single punch...
