The pony-sided shape. Pony's a number, right?

T

It is the eve of the Summer Solstice, and Princess Celestia has sent Twilight Sparkle to Ponyville to oversee the preparations for the Summer Sun Celebration in Ponyville and make new friends. Probably more the latter, given everything seems to be running fine.

Twilight grudgingly accepts her task, unaware that cultists have singled her out as the Fourth Star, the final sacrifice they need to bring about the Second Coming of Nightmare Moon.

Inspired by David Lynch and Mark Frost's Twin Peaks series.

I enjoyed this tale, regardless of the occasional slip in spelling. I eagerly await the next chapter, should one be forthcoming.

Glad you enjoyed it. This story might need to take a backseat for a little while, as a new idea I have is consuming my every waking moment. As for the spelling errors, I forgot to run this story by a proofreader first, though I did scour the entire thing myself.

Out of interest, though, you're not counting the instances where I use an S where an American would normally use a Z, are you?

7003686 That is not where I was referring to (I wasn't aware of locations we use "Z" in anything that might require an "S" in it's stead; would you mind providing an example?). However, I would be hard pressed to remember where I saw such error; it's entirely possible that my memory on another fiction, when I typed it, so I had something to balance my comment with some criticism.:twilightblush:

Well, that's certainly some disturbing (from her perspective) news...
