The cybertalk seems a bit of with how he talked in the last episode, wil everything that he says be in cybertalk or wil he speak normal again next episode? If so why would he talk like that at an first encounter? it would be more approachable to talk normally and he would know that cuz he's smart now
6554097 He's talking like that because he is getting a little too into being a Cyberman. He wants to convince her that he is intelligent, but also that he is a threat, should she get hostile.
He doesn't know that she's harmless. For all he knew, she could have lazer eyes, or sonic breath, or the ability to turn into water - The last one is especially dangerous, because she could have entered his body in fluid form and caused serious damage to his cybernetics.
