Ok, not going to lie, it seems like you have a good outline for a story, it just comes off disjointed. However, I do see something of a plot going. Maybe take a look at some of the writing tutorials and check out related stories to get a good frame. But what do I know, I don't write, I DM games and bend prewritten material to my own imagination (translation, I know nothing).
Either way it looks like you stuck Celestia into Elvanna's position (making her the 14th daughter of Baba Yaga). Nice.
It helps that I know the content you are writing for (I play more Pathfinder in Golarian then any sane person should) and you went to Irrisen which that and Drow are about the two things I know really, really well in that world.
Drow are dicks btw. Also there are no good drow, just less evil ones.
Either way I would love to see a good Pathfinder/MLP crossover fic. They would also shit bricks if they were in Cheliax.
