Would you really call a sapient being capable of intelligent thought, one that is able to express consent by the means of spoken language, a mere animal?
I know that this matter bears little relevance to the actual story, but it irks me when people misuse that term. I personally don't pay much attention to the forms the characters take in clopfics and romances—this way I can enjoy the actual story for what it is no matter if its characters are human, anthro, quadruped, or take other, more exotic forms.

Okay! New chapter finally ready! Per my rules, there will be a delay while certain people are given a chance to go over it before I go public. I'll make it available to everyone on Wednesday, March 30th.
I realize this one took way too long getting out. I can point to things like how I had/have stuff going on, how Discord showing up caused severe writer's block, or how this chapter is almost as long as all the other ones combined... but really, I just seem to have a hard time simply sitting down and writing.
My only real defense is that I started writing out some of the later segments that I'm looking forward too / got inspired for as a way to try and work around the writer's block, so when I get up to those points in the story I'll have a bit of a head start. Until then, can probably expect months to go by without a new chapter.
It is what it is.

8419464 I’ve heard multiple reasons Egypt had so many obelisks in and then when you take into account obelisks in North and South America, across Europe and many other places, you eventually (unless you believe that the government really does care about you) have to start wondering and start thinking.
Why does everyone feel the need to spout off there secrets about them being a kids show, its kind of getting annoying as I find that with every story, the story itself seems good though thanks.

That's kind of funny. When I started writing this story, I was telling people how I was tired of all the humans showing up acting like they'd never heard of the show.
Glad you are enjoying it anyways. As Leon is almost a self-insert, it only made sense that he would know about the show like I do. I try to have him react the way I believe -I- would in that situation.
I had plans for this story that included touching on the whole issue of knowing the show but this place not being quite the same. Now I'm just trying to figure out if I'll ever start writing stories again.
