That last line was the most memorable words to ever come from Fluttershy's mouth. The sex scene was sexy yet sweet as Spike and Shy obviously care for each other. Have a favorite and a like.

This was an amazingly written piece of writing. I tend to shy away from things like this sometimes, as more likely than not, it's just sex for the sake of sex, and while that can be good if done properly, it's nothing special.
This piece is not like those other pieces.
This was beauty incarnate, intimacy given form, love in example, and it was written and crafted in such a way that blends the whimsicality of the everyday with the romanticisms of poets long since passed from this world, and I absolutely love it, it was cute, it was emotional, it actually made my heart pound, and I love it when stories do that. I don't favorite fics often, but when I do, it's because of how they're written; they move me, make me feel something, which is a hard thing to do with someone like me, believe me. Occasionally, I read something that will make me laugh or make me a little feels-y, but nothing to this extent. This was beautifully written, and it may not mean much coming from some random person, but this actually made me proud of fanfiction writers, even helped to restore a little faith in them, so I humbly thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.
Keep writing like this. No ifs, ands or buts. Keep writing like this, it will only benefit you in the end.

I woke up today having slept in on a day off. I knew it was going to be a nice day.
I ate an awesome lunch, and met a fitness milestone I've been working for. I knew it was gonna be a great day.

But seriously; well done once again. I normally don't like Fluttershy (the show included), but what we saw from this of your interpretation of her character, I liked. Shy in the show strikes me as a sort of 'shy attention seeker' or even at times passive-aggressive; here she seemed far more genuine in her personality, and the shyness felt much more (for the lack of a better word) 'real' which I really appreciate in stories.
Coming this from you, I can only expect good quality stories

But the story...nice. I'm glad you didn't go for the screaming the other's name at orgasm cliché; it's a little beaten to death and (from my experience) not exactly common (indistinct cries though, very commonplace). It's nice to get one that's a little more real and less idealized. Good work.

I like being under the rain too, but regarding experience, after a good few minutes it will be damn cold. Even colder if you took off your clothes! And freezing if there was wind! Which happens pretty often when it rains.
Maybe you could throw in Spike being a "dragon" can radiate warmth, or perhaps the previous weather was blistering hot.
I don't know... I'm just a nitpicking internet realist...

I love FlutterSpike stories and the romance that comes between then because at times it's more canon than Sparity (yes I know Sparity isn't canon, but you have to see there is something between Shy and Spike that we don't see that much).
This story is more than just romance--there's companionship, love, lust, acceptance, plus knowing that both of them got the jackpot when they first came together. I know it's says that it's just been roughly three months, but seriously, if I didn't know better, I would think that Fluttershy and Spike had been a couple for about a year. And I truly enjoyed how you set it up that they made love in the middle of the summer rains---the soaked clothing, seeing each other for all their bodies are, the matted hair of both Spike and Fluttershy as it becomes waterlogged. And I am very happy that the climax was inside instead of pulling out--now there's gonna always be a bit of each other inside of both of them. And the clincher--the last few line in the work, specifically Fluttershy's blunt "Fuck it" as what she really cares that she's soaked to the bone--as long as her boyfriend is right beside her, and after that session, Shy and Spike both could care less.
