No comment ?! WTB!?
Well, I did not read it yet ^^ but I certainly will ! And then you gonna get a better comment :)
>>Jenova2 Well, in that case, let me repeat myself: This story has way too few views; let's try to get it featured!
Brilliant story, well executed, had a certain melanchony/sorrowful tone that fit the whole story. Enjoyable tale anyways, I look forward to reading other stories by you in future. Harmony Harmony and Forgotten are both really good stories that should, no pun intended be forgotten any time soon ![]()
I found this story to be quite well-written. I especially think that the concept of "living on through memories" was an excellent idea to work with. It was very touching emotionally, and this definitely deserved to hit the feature box. ![]()
.... This is utterly amazing. Really. Instant like, instant fav.
This is..... So touching. And terribly sad. It breaks my heart when I read this. This is an excellent piece of Art. Congratulations on creating it. ![]()
YAY! 3 hours later and still featured! 2nd longest featured time of a fic i have seen! 1st is sunny skies all day long.![]()
Jenova? NO! NOT THE FOLLOWERS OF JENOVA!![]()
"The book of Jenova states that..." It's stuck in my head.![]()
>>658363 Is this directed at me? lol. Thanks for the review, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the first couple chapters, but I'm glad you enjoyed the ending, which was of course intended to be the best part of the story
Somehow I'm 3 for 3 in getting my stories featured, i've heard apparently that's really awesome. Thanks a ton to all my readers for making that happen! ![]()
i too feel a empty void that i need to fill but what is it i must do to do so?
do what she will do?
or find my own path.......
a good story that touch my heart for like her, i'm broken, disgraced, alone......
REALLY good fic, well written and everything, I salute you sir/ma'am.
Twilight and the other mane 5 should realize that not everything can be solved via words or apologies... and that every action has a consequence to it
a true master piece i write this while i cry for twilight, for moondancer.... and for me..........
i feel like the last chapter is the most depressing listening to moondancers letters and stories but thats an idea to ponder a soul severed from a specific emotion trying to find the rest of itself. mmmm yes yes very interesting - heimerdinger ![]()
I'm so glad that I'm alone at work right now, the last bit made a few tears escape and run down my cheeks. ![]()
That was truly beautiful, a deep and meaningful story. And while the ending was sad, it was still filled with something that soothed the sadness.
I really can't wait to see what else you'll produce in the future - I'll be waiting and watching
Not like a stalker though, that'd be a teeny tiny bit freaky ![]()
You sir, deserve a slow clap.... Unfortunately I don't have an animation for that so you just have to settle for the the sound affects. ~Clap~...................................... ~Clap~........................................................~Clap~...........................................................~Clap~
Wonderful, dude. Just wonderful. The combat scene was great, and the emotion caused from it was brilliantly executed. Well done... ![]()
The story isn't over, is it? It had better not be over. Or else I will ![]()

Stories like these...I love them so much. Even though after each read I feel empty inside, I always love when I find another story such as this. You are an amazing writer and I hope you continue your great work. Similar to what Celestia said to Twilight at the end, this story will likely be forgotten in my head, but the meaning of it and how it touched me will never be forgotten deep down.
This reminds me of the story 'Forever Faithful'.
That story was a complete Mind F$#@. ![]()
The ending reminds me of Amazing Grace when played on the bagpipes. Or maybe its because i've been listening to too much bagpipe music. IDK
Can I request a sequel? I want to see what happens to MoonDancer's.... Wait a minute......
Evil being of darkness that steals hearts = Heartless
Being whose heart was stolen but has a strong will = Nobody
MoonDancer was a Nobody and then gained her heart back! It all makes sense now!
But seriously, though. Sequel. Pronto.
This was simply amazing. It has been too long since a story of any kind tugged at my heartstrings like this one did. You have an amazing talent, one that has me itching to challenge the limits of my own. Keep doing your thing, I'm eager for more.
As an introverted, anti-social college student... ow. that hurt.
That report, while cheesy, hit me pretty hard.
Easy there! I was right there with you. The more you focus on the bad, the worse it gets. Sit down and write out everything you CAN do right now. Even if it's something small and insignificant like washing the dishes or doing some other menial task. Keep yourself busy and focus on only the good things you can do while putting your best into it. If you can't find something good to do for yourself, find something to do for others. Volunteer for charity or join one of those many "boys and girls" clubs or something else like that. And when someone reaches out in friendship, keep calm but take the offer. Don't be afraid to show yourself and what you like. Heck, even the chance that you'll meet a fellow brony is increasing every day. Don't focus on how you feel, just focus on what is right and what is kind. People, even if not everyone, will feel subconsciously indebted to you if you just do a kind thing and never once ask for compensation so if you see someone working on something, just ask if they "would like" help and eventually you'll get a reputation as a good person. Frankly, at the start you may have to force yourself into an emotionless shell for a while and just keep busy puting everything you got into your work like you don't have anything else in the world, but when you let yourself come back, you'll find that it was so hard to keep fighting and actively doing what ever you could but now you're in a better place in life and all you need to do is srug of the bad because you can't help it now and focus on the next good thing you can do. Believe me, it works even if it feels harder than hell! Just never let up until you look back and see how far you've come.
Ok therapy rant aside, this is pretty deep yet so simple and small. Sometimes you just need to go out and do the hard things to get yourself in a better place. (I'm pretty sure I just said that in my rant...
) Eh, well it's true!
k next chapter! go!
Of course, Trixie didn't know that the barn had been prepped for demolition, but it was a sight to see her, mouth hanging open in surprise.
enjoy the little things... ![]()

That was a very deep and oh so welcome view on life. That literally gives life a clear cut definition of what to do here during our all too brief existance. At first I thought it was a bit rushed but the fact was that it never really was about a pony finding herself and wishing never to be forgotten but instead it was a simple urgent message behind it that shared exactly what life is no matter your faith, creed, or kind. Heck, even IF someone could go through and point out the thing you might have done better, what's the point? The story stands on it's own and the message and morals behind it all were more meaningful anything that could be done to make the story longer or develop a character differently. The ending summarized it perfectly and I feel it got some closure right there. no sequel needed but should you feel the mood take you, know that you'll have plenty of people to share it with. You've written something very inspiring here and I hope it gets shared with as many people as possible.
May your life be long and full of purpose.
you sure you typed that right? "should be forgotten"?
>>660406 I think he could put one more chapter in. Twilight has a dream, and in that dream, she gets a visit from Moondancer. She tells Twilight how happy she is that she is complete and thanks Twilight for believing in her and not forgetting her. She then goes on to tell Twilight not to worry because she is in a better place now and will see her friend again someday. You know, something heartwarming.![]()
well done for crafting such a beautiful story
definitly going in favorites

I have no idea what to say? I am very confused right now, just a big blank. uummmmm i think i need to watch some pony episodes.
Wow, just wow, that's all I can say. One of the best stories I've ever read. This story is so deep, so relatable, so... I don't know what to say. Thank you for making my day with this beautiful piece of literature.
I admit to have shed some manly tears. Ahh who am I kidding, that was so sad. I loved it. But one question just to clear thing up: did moondancer die when nightmare attacked her and got her "heart"? I got a little confused there
This is a really unusual story - I say that as complimentarily as possible. I really enjoy how you tied in the "spirituality" of MlP into this story, and how it resolved itself; one issue I had - and this is really a nitpick, feel free to ignore it - was that chapter 3 was way longer than chapters 1 and 2, and it almost felt like either chapter 3 could have been split into more chapters, or all three could have been combined into one. In any case, it was a beautiful story - well done, keep it up.
Wow, that was great. I was listening to 'Stan' by Eminem as I was reading, which make the whole experience really thrilling. ![]()
Beautifully crafted. It was a fantastic story, and so DEEP! Incredibly in depth, though the concept may have been confusing, you cleverly described it into an easy-to-understand idea and I didn't have to re-read a chapter three times over to understand what was going on. That is no easy feat. Simply amazing.
One thing I must say... This fits pretty well with my life so far.
Wow... I was thinking about writing a story about a pony recovering from the effects of the... "thing" which is called "Nightmare" here, but you sir threw a twist onto the idea! I like that! This plucked on my heartstrings and made me realize these true words...
...This is your story, and you have to live it.

... you need to add something for breaks from one scene to the next. When you shift focus from character to to character, or when there's a time skip, it's helpful to have something, be it a bunch of dashes(-------) or some other marking(I favour *****, personally) to let people know it's switching perspective.
Well crap, now I need to find something happy, and tell my friends I will remember them. ![]()
i really liked this story and the ending.. very well written and it goes to the heart
.. will read your other stories too so i can recommend you to all my friends
Its good, but you may want to put in some form of separation for scene changes.
A very solid story.
It confused me at the beginning, because of the very quick set up of the usual good-versus-evil fight (if I was expecting something like that it would be a little more towards the end of the story). But then I realized it was not what your story was going to be about, so I kept reading.
The ending took the cake. I was expecting something similar, but not quite like this. Truly, an interesting concept and well carried too. ![]()
Is it just me or is this chapter chock full of Kingdom Hearts lore?
i got here from a comment recommendation in a slightly sad spikexmoondancer comic on deviantart.
I WASN'T PREPARED FOR THIS MUCH FEELS!!! ![]()
