The only reason the answer is not "everything" is because that would be too predictable.
I'd say this premise could work very well for a series of fluffy pieces. As it is, a very entertaining one-shot.
Could do with being the start of a longer story though.

I really enjoyed this fic, barring one thing. Like others have said, this story feels as if could go on for some time; as it stands the fic doesn't end, it just sort of stops.

Sure, this could be continued, but to be honest, I don't think I could come up with enough ideas and it would just get repetitious. The story was inspired by a real-life experience I had, when I got stuck in place for ten minutes or so on a ride in a theme park that shall go unnamed, and had to endure the tortuous repetition of—well, you get the idea.

What a fun idea and fun fic! Discord clearly uses his home as an outlet for his chaotic tendencies, so no doubt he'd find something crazy to do with a larger amount of land at his disposal.
I would have liked to see more banter between the CMC though. Sweetie Belle is smart, but she almost acts a little too mature in this.
At least the title had only one "mad" and not four.
