It did not take long for everyone to notice Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash's absence during the events of "Pinkie Spy".

Just something that popped into my head.

Cool story mate, I always enjoy stories based on the shorts. Just thought I'd bring a few minor errors to light.

As the (uncomfortable smaller) group made their down the hall to their second period classes, Rarity pulled out her phone.

I believe they should be "uncomfortably small" and "their way down".

But now that they were not here, the halls seemed a little quieter, the school’s color a little duller and everyone’s smiles seemed the tiniest bit forced…

"color seemed a little duller"

It was hard to imagined getting through the day without seeing them anymore.

"imagine"

Or that “Rainboom Goo” who require professional, not mention highly expansive, cleaners?

"not to mention" and "expensive"

Whoops, sorry about those. They should be fixed now. I work on these in Microsoft Word and it doesn't always catch errors like those, especially when it's being uncooperative and unresponsive.
