Actually surprisingly good. The dialogue seemed to have been pulled straight from an episode of ARC-V, which is great because it helped emulate the feelings one gets when watching an episode, especially the excitement when Yuya's theme starts up. Though, I would recommend trying to get an editor, since there's a lot of mistakes here and there (i.e. It's Shining, not Shinning). But overall, this is a great story. Short and sweet, doesn't bother trying to explain too much about the setting for people who don't watch ARC-V which is all well and good since only ARC-V fans would read this. I'd give this story either a B+ or an A-.

You know, the biggest problem I have is that the subs I watch have a different translation for Futoshi's catch phrase
This was really good, no-one was out of character, I mean wow you captured Yuya's essence to a T, the cards you came up with weren't overpowered and with the nature of dueling I could believe that Yuya had Trick Pony the whole time and just never got it out.
So over all I give this story a rating in the form of a pendulum scale of 8 of 12

Gotta say this story was pretty enjoyable. Adagio's deck made sense for her, the duel played out like an action duel in the show, Yuya acted like you'd except him to. Bonus points for linking Yuya's theme for the finale.
I remember reading this on Fanfiction.net.
It was pretty good.(I had some more thoughts too but I haven't figure out what to say yet).
I wonder if we will see more Arc-V/MLP fics?
