Well, you've got my favorite type of Rainbow Dash characterization in Coach Dash plus a really nice portrayal of the CMC. Overall, incredibly solid story. Has a really nice arc to it with the pattern of student and teacher looping in the end (gives us a future expectation for Scoots, too).
On the less awesome side, the pacing gets a little odd with all the time skips towards the end (which is, unfortunately, probably the only way for all these scenes to happen in the same story), but otherwise...

And after reading this, I don't have the same hatred for Scootaloo that I used to :D Though I was a bit confused at the sudden flash-forward, but I quickly recovered. Brilliant story, my friend!
