Yes, but not in the sense that she became a different creature. Sweetie Belle's singing always had the power to do this but she wouldn't have used it like this if she'd found the courage to sing on her own. It's different as well from a ordinary siren in that she conjures the storm when she sings.
Short but good. Leaves me wanting more but in a good way - it still feels complete as a one shot.
