I'm late to the party, so I'm sorry! Great start to a fun story. Rainbow Dash is so tough (for me) to get right, and her Rainbow Rocks character wasn't particularly pleasant for two-thirds of the movie. I'm glad you made her human version likable again.
Well... and there's the simple fact that she notices what's hot about all her friends...

Pssst... Nitpicky moment - Isabella would insist I point it out. *she was* a lot stronger than Fluttershy.
Not fair - you forced me to visualize our heroine in shorts, by the way. Wow - Sunset was awfully bold with Fluttershy. This was a big step up from the veiled flirtation between Sunset Shimmer and Rainbow Dash.
This was a very enjoyable chapter and I'm looking forward to more!
