the only reason i can think of, right now is maybe because it is Aria with her special personality, probably one that is not used often (i don´t know), and because it is a bit different than the actually movie.
However, i really like it, and even if i hope that he is showing some emotions or we get to know his personality a bit better around the 4 or 5 chapter, i can´t really complain about the story, so....good work.
Don´t get me wrong, i like Grimlock somehow, but i am really eager to see the first time they really speak with each other, or which reason they get to finally speak with each other, detention maybe?, and does it change the ending of the movie?

It gets confusing when you have one character's actions or thoughts on the same line as another character's words.
And also, I get what you're trying to do with the nicknames but it does get distracting when you change them every other line. Keeping them consistently "The Worst" and "Cheese Head" throughout the story would probably be better. Also, "The Worst" should always be capitalized when referring to Sonata, because otherwise it makes the sentence difficult to parse.
Seeing as she's not human, she may actually be able to cut it out. Though I wonder how this will effect her singing?

Then they did something no other band has done before, experiment. Which of course caused some of the 'fans' to go bat-shit insane in their screeching that LP wasn't a rock band anymore, how it was turning into a boy-band, how there were supposed to return to the old days of Hybrid Theory and blah, blah, blah.
Heck LP acknowledged that and gave 'fans' and gave them a sweet middle finger by the name of their song Guilty All the Same.

LP is a rock band we know that, but the members are also people, and some people can get creative, whether that's good or bad it depends.
But I hate, and I repeat HATE it when people bash them for 'not being a rock band anymore' and that anything that isn't rock that they produce is immediately shit. Facts they like to experiment, they want to try new things instead of screaming, yelling and banging their heads. And the best thing, they don't forget their roots to a rock band, they try new things, they mix a few things up. Afterwards, they'll rock out a new rock song if/when they can get the muse for it. That's what makes LP one of the greatest bands of now, they like to try new things and they can still manage to let out a rock song or two when they want to.
This is pretty much turning into that one episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.
