Take out that accidental comma.

Claire began to worry as she saw the looks they were getting; or rather, she was getting. Everywhere they turned: ponies would give a confused, shocked, or disgusted look. She began to lower her head and flatten her ears.

Isn't she a teenager? Wouldn't the townsfolk be used to her already?

At times in this, it's hard to tell when paragraphs start and end. Sometimes you do forget to indent them. I'll refer you to this excellent writing guide and highly recommend you read through most of it.

Not exactly the most unique premise, but got me hooked. Insecurity is hell of a thing, let's see how Crystal Clarity will fix this mess up. I'm not sure if Crystal even get to enjoy the benefits being pony, what with seeing how she pretty much wished her dad away. That has to leave her with some guilty feelings. What else changed? Is T also a pony now or does he even exist? Is Illusion even her boyfriend anymore now that she's not a dracony anymore? Waiting for the next update.

And how Spike knew that the poem works? Past experiences?

Hmmmmmmm...........Claire, up until her mother's passing, wasn't the one who would like to have children. Plus, Illusion has no wings. Just throwing those out there. One other thing, Clair is actually a well-known mare in Canterlot because she runs a jewelry store and other ponies don't mind her appearance and neither does she. You wanted advice and I gave it to ya!
