Neat story, feels really fresh, but in my opinion this deserves a teen rating. Yes, it might push that rating a bit far, but it's that or marking this mature with the least criteria possible.
Also, this can't be it. I wanna see more, you can't just give us this interesting succubus and a nigh-asexual, isolated unicorn and have them go to Canterlot and just leave it there.

5377306 Mature is only really needed for when there is actual depictions of sex or excessive amounts of gore. Think Saw movies or pornos.
Teen is for things that aren't on that same level, but still have sexual themes or some gore.
Also, setting it to mature like you did without an actual reason cuts into how many people will be able to even find this fic.

I was aware of what the mature rating was, just not what full qualified as mature. I have changed the rating to suit seeing as there is no reason for it to be. It was just one of those times where I was in a 'better safe then sorry' mood.
