Fluttershy has a secret guilty pleasure. One that you would never suspect in a thousand years. When her friends find out, how will they react to Fluttershy being, literally, enthralled by getting herself a little "tied up" in her own personal affairs?

And what is going on off the shores of Equestria?

This is a story for my good friend palaikai, based on a dream they had :raritywink:

Sex tag is for mild fetishism. This is not a clop story.

I just might have to take you up on that dream-to-story offer *wink*

Well, I enjoyed this far more than is reasonable or healthy. I would just like to point out that the first part is pretty much exactly how it went in my dream, while the majority of the second part is TMB93's invention (other than the bit with Fluttershy writhing on the floor after nearly drowning). :pinkiehappy:

Also, could anypony name the British town I ponyised, or the name of the Kraken "god"?

First, let me show you what popped into my head when I read that ponified town name:

Now for my guess: Town - Hornsea(?) & Kraken "god" - ??? (I have no clue... :unsuresweetie:)

By the way, I noticed a couple of minor errors:

that inhabited the rive that ran by the house

Missing the "r" at the end of the word - river

while Twilight and Rainbow bolded headed the stealthy advance.

I think that should be - boldly

5228570 Thank you for pointing out the errors  I'm happy to report they are now resolved. As for your comments on my author's note, I realised the inadvertent Pokemon reference but I liked it, so I left it in. Yes, the town is - indeed - Hornsea. As for the Kraken god, would it help if I mention he's referenced in the following song?:

Oh. Yeah, I'd say that helps, even though I'm not really all that familiar with Cthulu... :twilightsheepish:

I've never seen that video before, but it just made my day! :rainbowlaugh:

Well, ponyfeathers. Looks like you beat me to it:fluttershysad:. I was planning on writing this fic myself, actually; I've got the outline ready and everything! I cheered/groaned simultaneously when I saw this fic. You stole the joy/frustration of writing from me! Looks like I'll just have to find a way to repurpose my ideas.

In any case, your execution of this story was great, if a bit less . . . tame than I expected (but that's not a bad thing!). Definitely skirts the line of Mature, I think. If palaikai's idea was hot when I read it, this fic is positively burning with passion, and I enjoyed every second of it!

One thing though:

As time ticked on, everypony grew more and more nervous that Fluttershy may not be waking up again. But after a tense, pregnant, pause, Fluttershy gave a huge cough, hacking up salt water and vacating her airways to allow herself to slurp in some very much needed oxygen.

Erm, I thought she was gagged then. Kinda hard to gasp for air when your mouth is already full of . . . stuff, y'know?

5229796 Hard, but not impossible. You'll just have to trust that the seaweed allowed her to hack up all that water :twilightsheepish:

Just read this again. Still awesome. :twilightsheepish:

I haven't forgotten, by the way, I just haven't had a lot of time for writing as of late. It's on my to-do-urgent list. :scootangel:

5789132 Glad you still like it, palaikai  Don't feel like you have to jump because I requested it of you, I understand you have a life outside of the interbutts. :rainbowlaugh: Take as long as you'd like

5789265

Thank you for your understanding.

5789275 It's O . It'd be incredibly rude of me to pester you over it. It's not like you live on the internet, you have to do stuff in the real world every now and again

5789287

It'll definitely be the next MLP story I write, though. I've been toying with a few ideas, and I think I've got some things locked down now that I want to do.

5789289 OK then. I look forward to seeing it

5789296

Me, too. I did mention I've never done a harem comedy before, right? :twilightoops:

5789299 You did. Don't worry about it, though. I'm not expecting the works of H.G Wells. I mean, this story was, hardly, the pinnacle of my writing ability :rainbowlaugh: Conquered got more reactions than this :trollestia:

5789318

Aw, yeah, I remember that one. :rainbowwild:

5789325 I thought the response was awesome! :rainbowdetermined2: When you get that much reaction from a piece of writing, you're doing something very right

5789342

Or something very, very wrong. :rainbowlaugh: Nah, you're right. Generating a diverse array of opinion is ALWAYS a good thing and something every writer should strive for.
