I have to admit, when I first read this, I laughed hard enough by the end that I almost couldn't breathe. It was exactly what I needed to cheer me up from the sour mood I had gotten into, so I must thank you for that. I would love a continuation to this, like the passing of the plague, or Pinkie Pie herself appearing in the mess, or maybe even somepony like, oh I don't know, Cranky Doodle Donkey getting affected XD
Aside from a much desired continuation of the madness and fun, I will say I love your use of alliteration in this piece, I will most likely read this again every now and again because it was such fun, and I can't wait to reading more of your stuff if it continues to be this wonderful.

Never thought about continuation before, in all likelihood something like the Pinkie Pie Plague might appear conceptually somewhere else at some point though ha ha
