Omg awesome story and i get first
This story is really good, though I admit I figured Luna was the queen. How did she control the moon though? All will be revealed i suppose
So Trixie can become a different pony type by stealing their magic, or at least that's what I think. And she's being tricked by Chrysalus who captured Fluttershy. I'm liking this story so far, can't wait for more.
The grammar could use some touching up here and there, but the premise is an interesting one. You have my ear.

Okay, now with that out of the way, this is great
Trixie's new spell is pretty cool, being able to change race upon contact. I wonder how long Chrysalis can keep up the disguise without Celestia or Luna finding out about her... or Trixie, for that matter 
I'm also morbidly curious to the details of Fluttershy's fate; it would be pretty stupid of Chrysalis to alert the element bearers by killing one of them, so perhaps she just strung her up in one of those cocoons or something.
Oh well, either way, I'll be following this story
