Although I don't think it's in Fluttershy's character to shout "BEST PARTY EVER!", I think you wrote her well for the rest.
There is a question that is bugging me greatly though. Is this set before or after 'Party of One'?
If it's before, I can see why Fluttershy acted this way when she went around Ponyville. But it it's the latter, I have a feeling the later events in this would have changed. Maybe she would believe all of her friends, but as soon as Twilight appears at her door, she would know. Being one who had been involved in setting the event up herself, Fluttershy would likely get the idea of what was happening.
But then again, you might not have intended this to coexist alongside that episode. For all I know, that episode doesn't take place at all. If that is the case, then IGNORE ME.
I'm just rather curious really. Other than that, great job.

Not a bad story, but doing this to the most sensitive pony is pretty harsh.
Yikes. I would never do that to Fluttershy!!! One of the others, yes, without hesitation....but not Flutters.
Its too mean.
Damn, this almost turned into a Fluttershy version of "Party of One", and believe me, had this plan backfired, it would have probably ended much, much worse.
This deserves a fave though. You did great!
