Not the best story ever, but not bad, either. It hardly warrants the downvote ratio it's got, so I gave you an upvote. I like the idea of Discord spending most of his time in pony form and really really hating it; most times I see "Discord spends time as pony" it ends up being an elaborate excuse to turn him into a pony permanently, and I really like him the way he is, but at the same time it's obvious that he's going to be persona non grata all over Equestria right now, so spending time as a pony makes sense even if he doesn't like it. I'm also kind of a sucker for "there was a past connection between Discord and Celestia but it's not really a thing now because they hurt each other too much", and I'm glad to see you did not go the route of "she rejected him romantically and that's why he turned evil".
