You perk.
I'm always one to tell people to highlight it, but this is a bit too much. Make only the important things ("Level up!", "New Perk" and the perk's name) bold. Otherwise it would be like reading a text entirely in bold. It would loose its meaning as a highlighting tool.

I really like this story. Awesome idea to make the protagonist a changeling.
To bad about Imhani though. But that's what happens when you wake up an ancient evil just to stab it.

That was Awesome!
He just smashed them all into paste! Since he's covered in gore, he could turn into one of the raider ponies he killed and walk out of town. 
He looks like a raider, raiders leave him alone. He looks like a griffon, griffons leave him alone. It's the perfect "All Factions" pass. 
In fact, looking like a pony, zebra, griffon, ect. could be like that hole factions thing with the clothes in Fallout: New Vegas.
He is kinda little overpowered with impenetrable armor, I hope you gonna counter that somehow (energy weapons or big guns etc or even just Armor piercing ammo counting that raiders used JHP ammo)
Overall now can be start quite a journey, with vision of starvation and no knowledge of world both in geography and factions.
Second thing, he was scared (I think, maybe more confused?) of his dream but brutally killing raiders did nothing to him ?

In my opinion, a good story is a fast paced story.

I think Darkstar tends to put things to back of his mind even if they end up coming back to kick him later.
I like that he has Strawberry as a friend. Even though it's only for food, It will help his image when making new friends and he'll learn how to act around ponies.
Who knows, maybe they might become a, very weird, family if Strawberry decides to stay with him.
I can't wait to read about their bonding time on there way to Fillydelphia. That should be fun.

I bit off a lot more than I could chew with this one. I have no idea how to continue... Also, the pacing is kinda bad and Darkstar's personality is all over the place.
Should I ever get back to this... well then I would probably have to rewrite it all.
