Dear Diary,

I couldn't do it. The sun hurts me too much. It is a big reminder of my sister. I don't understand how she was able to do it before. When I was Nightmare Moon, I was gone from her. She was alone, and she was able to raise the moon. I guess she was just tougher than I.

I put down my diary. Suddenly, a knock on the door. I walked over to the door and opened it. It was a guard.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I have a letter for you." the guard said.

I lit my horn and picked up the letter. I opened the envelope and took out the letter. I read it.

Dear Princess Luna,

Please come to Ponyville at once. Twilight has been injured and is in the hospital. Please come and help!

I ran outside.

"I must go." I said to the guards.

I lit my horn and teleported to Ponyville. I ended up in front of the hospital I ran inside. I talked to the pony at the front desk. I ran into Twilight's room.

"Where is she?" I asked.

"She's right here." Pinkie answered. I looked at Twilight. She was still alive, which relieved me.

"How has she been?" I asked.

"Looks like she's been doing well." Rainbow answered.

"What did this?" I asked. The others didn't answer. "What did this?" I asked again.

"Spike." Rainbow answered.

Sorry if this chapter is short. I'll busy this week, but I want to make up for me being sick. :/

Could use better writing, and I would imagine that more words (and creativity) would be needed to talk about things such as PTSD, but I suppose one method of getting better at writing is more experience.
