5426817 they say that botar could have teleported out of the red sun but he didn't which was weird but I am going to say when he was reincarnated his teleportation powers grew weak. So he might pull of teleportation but on by only getting visuals so say like he sees 10 feet in front of him. Think of it like the movie jumper.
