How long did it take before this sequel was requested? An hour after the first one is my guess.
I'm gonna need a semi to get the blood back from my crotch after this one.

Great story! These are really starting to look more like long chapters then a new story, but hey, whatever works for you.
One thing I would like to get straight though, Spike isn't making love to any of these mares. It has all just been sex! Hot, sweaty, hard, a little weird (thanks for not writing the scene where Spike gets Mare Dick by the way), fuck until you can't feel anymore, romptastic sex! No love, just the act.
Just want you to keep that in mind if you do have Spike, and another mare, really falling in love if each other.
Or Griffin, or Dragoness. Really, the way your doing it may be Celestia, after Spike has been fucked out of his amateur stage and can best powerful creatures like, Luna without potions. Who's to say that it won't happen!

And seriously, Spike and Applebloom, and then Spike and Luna were able to do all of this stuff with all the potions.....makes me wonder, how much of it is the potions, and how much of it is 100% drake?? Obviously Luna is very happy at that, as well as Applebloom, Applejack, and Twilight.
Now we need that next installment of this "Talkverse"

Don't mind the Mindless guy.
As far as the stories, it's alright to have these stories set up as seperate stories, like what you have now. It just seems like it because it looks like each story could be seen as a continuation of a previous one.
When you are using characters in stories in relatively the same universe for your stories, it's paramount that they are set on somewhat different ideas, otherwise it is a bit of a violation, and you could be flagged for it.
Here's the real reason (again, my opinion) why they are set up as different stories, even though the characters and the personalities are just the same.
1/ The Talk---Spike is coming of age, Twilight, Applejack, and Big Mac teach him about the "birds and the bees", and during that discussion we learn that obviously it looks like all of Ponyville is in one huge herd, where basically anypony, male or female, can rut with anypony else with little problems.
2/ Teenage Hearts---Spike is currently in a bit of a herd with Twilight and Applejack, but is "helping" Applebloom with potions, and Bloom needs Spike's spunk to make them work. Coincidentally at the same time, Bloom's need for Spike's essence leads to her losing her virginity to Spike, and we find out that there is a little bit of attraction for both of them. But the premises are different from The Talk.
3/ Portions and Princesses---Spike and Applebloom are looking for more ingredients for potions, it can also imply that Spike and Bloom are in a bit of a relationship, though it looks more like a FWB situation. And of course while Spike's in Canterlot with Bloom, he runs into Princess Luna, and at some point through Bloom, he and Princess Luna go at it. Again, the premise for the story is different from Teenage Hearts. The only things that are related is that the characters once again are the same, just in different situations.
TL/DR: Having this story and its prequels are not violations of meme or other things that would be inappropriate by the mods. Besides there are dozens of stories and sequels that show up all the time. I think you will be fine.
