Make this a longer story, and make it into an adventure/mystery/etc story!!! Otherwise it was very good. Shame Celestia had to ruin it so fast.

I'm fairly sure even if Celestia didn't specify not signing the contract would result in becoming an enemy of the state, it was quite implied, and anyone snarky enough to point it out would have well earned their sentence on the moon.
