Plagiarized title aside, (you should really throw a shout out to the song in the description), this story was interesting.
You had a good premise, just lacked the execution. There weren't many grammatical errors, or anything else really. My only complaint is that the whole thing felt terribly rushed. What you wrote in 2k words should have taken place over 20k or 30k, possibly even more.
Still, this site has an alarming lack of good Carrot Top stories, and this is not bad by any means. Keep at it, man. You'll get there. I know it.

Thank you for your critique! Like I (think I) said in the authors note, this was originally a backstory/flashback for a town in a Fallout: Equestria RP and not a standalone story, which is why it was rushed; I had people telling me to hurry up and post to continue the RP. >.<
