A diamond dog named Greed wants more out life then just digging for gems. He wants a sophistcated life above the ground in one of the big cities. The only trouble is he has no idea how to achieve his goal, but a certain white coated unicorn may be able to help if he can convince her to hear him out.
Author's Note: I tagged it Slice of Life more because of the subject matter of trying to better one's life. There will be moments that may not fit well in a typical Slice of Life story but they will be in here. You've been warned and please comment and tell me if you like it or what I could do better.

No but he was forced on Rover, Fido, and Spot when Greed was a pup. They don't hate him (except Spot) but they don't really care for him either. Kind of like of like how a mother of pups won't feed another dog's pups. They'd just let them die. That's kinda what it's like
Your grammar and spelling could use a bit of work, but whose couldn't? Although I wonder in which way you plan on going with the plot? Will he fit in? And if he doesn't, will it be because he just doesn't understand pony culture or because said ponies won't accept him? All in all, I'm looking forward to more.

Well, given her interactions with the diamond dogs, it's forgivable. Greed's speech was surprisingly eloquent, in spite (or perhaps, because) of its simplicity.
It's surprising that he knows so many terms (maybe an issue to be addressed in the next chapter).
