Appleloosa is a new town on the Equestrian frontier. Only trouble they ever had was the little scuffle with the buffalo herd a year back. But now there is a storm coming. There is word that demon has been making his way west, stopping in every town trying to spread his influence and territory.
But there are rumours, that every time he rears his head a powerful unicorn stops him. But that has only happened in the larger settlements, surely the demon would not go as far as Appleloosa.
Right?

I was wondering wherefore the Comedy tag, so I did predict a twist in the end. But not that one.
Also, very nice to see a Trixie comedy work where she's not a laughingstock. (Or, for that matter, a comedic work that does not rely on anyone getting humiliated for cheap laughs.) A cunning actress putting on an incredible show with some unconventional resources? That's our girl. Love it!
That was a neat, quick one-shot, although it feels like it could use a little bit of backstory with how Trixie and her demon partner met.
